The position is permanent, full-time role and located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Role purpose and key responsibilities

Office Associate & Paralegal will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. Office Associate is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, cash management, monthly accounting report and inventory control. Office Associate will be responsible for travel and visa arrangements, organizing several meetings and events and ensuring the office supply inventory is always up to date. Office Associate is our point of contact for mailing, shipping, inventory, and official documentation databases. Office Associate is responsible for the corporate agenda management of Incofin companies and funds, including scheduling and coordinating on-site and off-site meetings, booking meeting rooms, teleconferences, drafting agendas, preparing materials, assisting board members and shareholder representative in various tasks.

The selected person will also support actively our legal department in paralegal activities by ensuring effective administrative information and assistance for the full legal team. He/she will be responsible of managing original documentation, obtaining official information from other organizations, officials, and agencies and ensuring efficient correspondence with our clients. Office Associate will prepare promissory notes and assist in general legal administration related tasks, including AML / KYC related basic requests. The selected person will follow closely the legal and regulatory developments in financial services law and regulation through research and attending industry specific events.

Job requirements

We are looking for energetic office associate / office administration professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. The selected person should have a basic commercial, secretarial (or similar) education and at least 2 – 3 years of experience in managing similar tasks in the international company. Incofin operates globally so we expect that the selected person will be fully fluent in English and preferably also in Khmer both in written and verbal. Chinese is an asset. Previous experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently would be highly appreciated. Successful candidate would be also well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.  The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to social and environmental objectives, is passionate about impact investing, is entrepreneurial, practical, result-oriented and generous. International experience is an advantage. The position is permanent, full-time role and located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
