Our current position holder will pursue an MBA at one of the world’s top universities and, therefore, we are currently looking for an experienced, self-driven and growth-oriented Private Equity and Fund Development Manager to strengthen our Incofin team in a global role. The position is located in Antwerp, Belgium. You will report to the Director, Fund Development.

 

Your tasks

You drive the development of our new private equity and private debt impact investment initiatives.  This includes investment strategy development for new funds, fundraising for existing and new funds, investor due diligence management and Incofin long term strategy development support.  You will support a select number of private equity transactions.  Upon successful raising of the next Incofin private equity fund, the interested candidate can get the opportunity to take on a role in the deployment of the capital.

 

Your Profile

You have a genuine ambition to drive social impact in emerging markets through investments.  You are a top-ranked private equity, strategy consulting or (investment) banking professional with 5 to 10 years of professional experience. You have strong affinity with finance, and a deep understanding of risk return indicators. You typically have a master’s degree in engineering, business management, finance, or economics (or similar), likely complemented with a CFA certification.
