We are currently looking for an experienced and growth-oriented Senior Equity Investment Manager to strengthen our Incofin India team. Position is located in Delhi, India.
You will be actively contributing to the further development of the private equity investment portfolio in India by working with the Indian Partners by sourcing and screening suitable equity investment pipeline opportunities in the region, building a network to facilitate deal sourcing and relationship building (potential) clients and other stakeholders, such co-investors and network players and analysing financial statements and assess financial projections. You would be performing due diligence, risk assessments and equity valuations, prepare and present proposal in front of the Investment Committee and participate in negotiating and structuring terms and conditions of equity investments. You would be monitoring equity investment portfolio in India and effectively assist the Fund Manager in achieving exits from equity stakes as well as keep abreast of economic, financial and political developments in the region.
Our ideal candidate would have a strong and proven track record of minimum 4 – 8 years from private equity buy side in India. We would require a Chartered Accountant degree or an equivalent master’s degree in business. The position requires excellent business analysis and accounting/financial skills, good team playing and communication skills with full proficiency in MSOffice and financial modelling in Excel. We expect full fluency in English and at least one local language(s). Both the technical skills and language skills will be tested during the selection process. The ideal candidate should be able to travel up to 50% of his/her working time.
