Incofin celebrated 25 years of its fund, Incofin CVSO, at the General Assembly in Handelsbeurs, Ghent. Over 300 shareholders and invited guests were present for the celebration, which included a presentation on coffee cultivation in Colombia by Juan David Rendón from investee Cooperativa de los Andes.

At the event the financial results of Incofin CVSO 2016 were also presented, which includes:

Continued growth

  • 2016 was characterised by continued stable growth
  • The portfolio increased by 15% to reach EUR 60,1m
  • The fund attracted 300 new investors, leading to a capital increase of EUR 6,9m
  • Total shareholders of the fund increased to 1.791

Customer reach

  • Incofin CVSO’s 50 partner institutions served a total of  3,4m clients worldwide
  • This is compared to 2,9m clients in 2015, reached by 43 institutions

Financial results

  • Incofin CVSO realised net profits of EUR 1,9m, which corresponded to a return on average capital of 5,3 %
  • 5% dividend was issued to shareholders
