Noémie Renier

Noémie Renier is Partner and Head of Debt at Incofin, where she leads the global debt team. She has a wealth of experience in designing and implementing investment strategies worldwide, with a focus on financial inclusion. Noémie first joined Incofin in 2010 as Investment Manager and later became Risk Manager during the company’s transition to a regulated Alternative Investment Fund Manager. After four years as Risk Manager at the European Investment Fund, she rejoined Incofin in 2019 to head the debt function. Earlier in her career, she worked in investment banking and advisory at BNP Paribas Fortis.

Noémie holds a Master in Management Sciences and a Complementary Master in Microfinance from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. She occasionally teaches as a guest lecturer at the University of Brussels.
